My food making experiences are for people who love cooking or want to
learn cooking. Whether you are a novice or professional, I hope you find
my forays into new food creations will bring you laughter, different
perspectives, and maybe even hope that if I can do it, then you must be
able to do it ten times better.
My hope is not to give people recipes so that they can
slavishly follow my whims, but to give general guidelines and experience
pointers that'll apply in as many areas of cookery as possible. Just
because you only know how to make pasta doesn't mean you can't apply that
knowledge to making cakes, or bread, or a pot of fluffy rice.
